Glory be to Jesus Christ! On behalf of our parish we wish to welcome you to our web page and we wish to invite you to join us for worship of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The Nativity of the Blessed Virgin parish is blessed with a small, but actively participating and sincerely friendly body of faithful believers. We are a parish of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the USA and in the Eastern Eparch of Archbishop Antony having merged diocese in 1996. We are an English speaking parish serving the Divine Liturgy mostly in English and following the New Calendar (Gregorian) with the blessings of his eminence. Our parish is made up of approximately 40 families of all age groups mostly of Slavic background-Ukrainian and Russian, many of third and fourth generation, those of mixed marriages and also having many converts wishing the English services. The parish conducts a regular and traditional cycle of Orthodox liturgical worship throughout the year. Church school classes meet seasonally from September until June. Each Sunday Divine Liturgy is followed by a time of pleasant fellowship and hospitality. Our parish will celebrate its 70th year of existence this coming December, as it was founded on December 25, 1934 with (then) Archbishop Athenagoros laying the foundation corner stone.
